I resisted this table at Al's Garden Center in early February (except to take a picture ... how could I not take a picture of all that gorgeous color?!). I just couldn't justify purchasing spring flowers in the winter when the threat of snow still loomed large (well, I could ... but I resisted the justification too!).
But, this past weekend, I had to give in and buy a few primroses. Sure, it did snow just two weeks ago ... but, Spring is now just a couple weeks away. It's totally justifiable.
Don't you think?

Kelly you are quite right to indulge and buy some primroses. Are they the happiest looking flowers ever? The first photo looks like a quilt I could snuggle in to.
The color is gorgeous! I love Spring flowers!
Oh for sure. These colours are so cheery. Thanks for brightening my day.
The colors are BEAUTIFUL ! Very springy! ENJOY!
Oh my, those colors just make me happy. Your photos are fabulous. And yes, definitely justifiable.
My Blog
Absolutely!
Those colors are AWESOME!
The trees are already blooming around here.
So pretty! Yep, Spring is almost here.
Oooh - nice! I should visit our garden center too. I was out snowshoeing today. Thanks for sharing some color.
Ooo! I totally know what you mean. I went to a garden center yesterday and I wanted to buy EVERYTHING! The ranunculus and poppies and pansies and snapdragons. Oh me oh my!
I bought the cherry tomato, rosemary and parsley plants I went there for and RAN!
Good for you for giving in just a little bit. ;)
They are lovely flowers! I'm ready for spring, but it snowed here today and we have more chances this week. :( I won't be buying any flowers for quite some time.
Such deliciously spring-like photos!
Totally. That color is so great! I'm ready.
Thanks for your idea over on my post, Kelly. I'll definitely take a few props for idea-generation. It'll be perfect!
YES! I broke down and bought three indoor flowering plants (upright fuchsia, climbing jasmine, and iris) two weeks ago :). Needed the color. Love the shots you took.
The colors are gorgeous. That would perk me up instantly.
