Thanks so much for stoppig by!

Lazy Writer - The garage! You poor thing ... but, also completely understandable! Hey ... if it's quiet ... :-) Too funny.

Holly - I'm pretty sure I'd be doing the same thing!

Corey - Oh my goodness ... how ironic! See ... I just have to renovate my entire house! :-)

Sherrinda! Welcome! Oh, that is so true ... I'm sure all that green is hard to keep up in TX! Though ... if our 107 degree temps keep up, we'll be having the same thing. I took this pic right before our 100+ hot streak started, and now my flowers and leaves have a lot of crispy edges!

Eileen - Thank you! I know what you mean ... I've also written before about getting great ideas when I'm driving ... or in the shower ... bizarre places ... usually not too conducive to jotting down ideas! :-)

Lisa/Laura - You can always be guaranteed to make me laugh out loud!

Sherri! Oh my goodness ... I laughed when you wrote octopus ... I actually had a moment where I kind of thought - oh no - I did imply spiders, right?! Too funny ... love it! I'd definitely say it was a job perk! :-)

PJ! Join me! You're always welcome! :-)

Sherry - You are so kind ... thank you for your thoughtful comments. Yes ... I do enjoy gardening (minus the spiders which FREAK me out!) quite a lot! Your studio sounds wonderful!

Bee - That sounds really nice! You're right, though ... sometimes sitting in a coffee shop watching all the happenings can be just as inspiring and get the ideas rolling!

CaraBee! Yes ... late at night is often the most quiet time, which also helps a ton!

Shelli - How sweet! And, yes ... the rain can be very inspiring.

CR - I LOVE the ocean too! I wish I could get there to write more often ... usually, we're on a vacation when we head that way!

Amy - You are so right ... I love the ocean too! I only make it down there a couple of times a year. But some of my most inspirational ideas come from that spot. I think it says a lot about freeing up our minds and giving ourselves permission to take a break. It does wonders for creativity, does it not?Clementinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08745982305618408952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1441276102534893267.post-29450136589097199072009-07-29T19:17:07.860-07:002009-07-29T19:17:07.860-07:00That is a gorgeous view!
